PoloWraps.com Return/Exchange Policy

 

Our aim is to have everyone that purchases wraps from us be pleased with what they receive.  Because of this, we try to make sure that potential buyers have enough information about our wraps to know if they will suit their needs.  Details on our wraps can be found on the "About Our Polos" page.  If you have any questions about our wraps, please do not hesitate to ask before ordering; if our wraps are not what you need, we do not want to sell them to you.

If someone orders, however, and isn't happy with what they receive, we do offer a conditional 30-day money back guarantee.  The conditions include non-refundable items, non-refundable charges, and any applicable restocking fees.

For exchanges, if the original polo wraps ordered were discounted due to a promotional or quantity discount, the discount will not be applied to the replacement polo wraps.

Used Polo Wraps

Clearance Polo Wraps

Polo Wraps that are damaged by the user.

Custom Embroidery Image/Digitizing Charges

Rush Fees

 

Restocking Fees

No restocking fee is charged on items returned due to a manufacturer defect.  We reserve the right to confirm the defect.

A 15% restocking fee is charged if the items are being exchanged.

A 20% restocking fee is charged on returns.

 

To return or exchange polo wraps you must e-mail within 14 days of receipt.  In your e-mail you must include the following information:

 

Full Name

Order ID

The description of the polo wraps you wish to return or exchange.

The reason for the desired return/exchange.

 

Absolutely no refunds or exchanges are given without the return of the product.

 

 

Rush Services

 

When polos are needed in short period of time we offer a rush service.  The fee varies by date of shipment from receipt of payment, as well as by order size.  The prices listed are for in stock, non-embroidered wraps and saddle pads only.   For striped/trimmed saddle pads, the base price is excluded from the "merchandise total" used to calculate the additional fee.

 

Next Day - The polos are mailed out the next business day from receipt of payment.

$20.00 plus 20% of merchandise total.

 

Second Day - The polos are mailed out the second business day from receipt of payment.

$15.00 plus 15% of merchandise total.

 

Third Day - The polos are mailed out the third business day from receipt of payment.

$10.00 plus 10% of merchandise total.

 

 

 

Shipping Options

 

The default shipping method within the USA is USPS Priority, which averages a 2-3 day delivery time.  Buyers may choose to have their shipping upgraded to USPS Express, which is overnight to most locations.

For international shipments, the default method is USPS Priority Mail International which averages a 6-10 day delivery time.  The expedited international shipping method is USPS Express Mail International, which averages a 3-5 day delivery time.  Smaller orders have the option of being shipped USPS First-Class Mail International, which is less expensive, but there is no option for insurance; choose that method at your own risk.

Shipping insurance is included with domestic Express mailings valued up to $100.00, and can be upgraded further.  For all other  methods insurance is optional.  While we have not had any difficulties with shipping, we do recommend that insurance is purchased as we cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged in the mail, and it is not expensive (prices currently start at $1.65 for coverage on orders up to $50).

 

 

 

Ordering

 

The Order Form

The order form page is for ordering only.  If you have any questions about our wraps, if a certain size is in stock, etc, e-mail us directly.

When ordering, if you submit multiple orders with different polos specified, all of the polo wraps will be processed in a single order unless you have included instructions in the comments box.  If you've submitted an order and would like to change it, you can submit another order with instructions in the comments box, or simply e-mail us with the change.  If the e-mail address you're sending from is different than the e-mail address submitted in the order, please remember to include your name so we can easily locate your order.  If you have submitted an order and would like to cancel it, please e-mail us.

 

Payment Options

Currently we accept credit cards online via PayPal.  We do not accept credit cards directly, and are no longer accepting personal checks/money orders.

Payment instructions are sent once the order has been finalized; the e-mail will be sent through PayPal with the subject "PoloWraps.com Order".

Please note that with PayPal, if you do not attach a credit card to your payment (only bank account information), it will be processed as an "eCheck" that will take several days to clear.  If you pay with an eCheck, your order will not enter to queue to be made until after it has cleared.

If you do attach a credit card to your payment it will be instant, and your order will immediately enter the queue to be made.

 

Unpaid Orders

If an order is processed and goes unpaid without explanation, we will cancel the order and further orders from that buyer may not be accepted.

 

PoloWraps.com Cancelling/Declining Orders

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  If we believe, at any point in the ordering/purchasing process, that a customer will not be satisfied for any reason, we will not sell to them.

Additionally, if our e-mails to a potential customer are being filtered or blocked, we will not process their order.  To help prevent this problem, make sure our e-mail address is on your safe list: PoloWrapsDotCom@AOL.com
